RETURN & WITHDRAWAL POLICY
Most of our products are made to order according to the customer’s selected materials and finishes.
For these items, the right of withdrawal under EU consumer law does not apply (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU).

1. Made-to-Order Items
Products that are produced specifically for you, including any choice of materials, colours, finishes, or specifications, cannot be returned or refunded once the order has been confirmed.
These sales are considered final.

2. Standard Items (Non-Custom and In Stock)
If an item is available from stock and has no custom materials or finishes, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery.

Conditions:
The item must be returned unused, in its original condition, with all original packaging and components.
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
We do not refund any additional delivery services chosen by the customer (e.g., express delivery, special handling).
If the item shows signs of wear, assembly, handling beyond inspection, or damage, we may apply a deduction to cover the loss of value.

Shipping Costs for Eligible Returns
We refund the product price plus the cost of our standard delivery only.
Return shipping costs are not refunded and remain entirely the customer’s responsibility.

3. How to Request a Withdrawal (Eligible Items Only)
If you are returning a non-customised stock item, notify us in writing at hello@jcds.lu within 14 days of delivery and include your order reference.
We will provide return instructions and the return address.
